1.0a -  The products listed herein are intended for responsible adults of smoking age who wish to try new products.
It is purely intended for entertainment purposes.
We do not advocate the use of electronic cigarettes and hope that if you try the products provided on this site, you do so with moderation and caution.
It is not the intent to promote mis-use of nicotine, smoking, or any other form of product abuse.
We can not take any responsibility for the effect these devices may have on people, as few of the products have been tested thus far.

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process.
These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by www.norsevapes.com.au without notice at any time, for any reason.
The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

1.2a - Warranty and Return Policy
Each product has different warranty periods or may not have any warranty at all. All sales are final.
Please be sure to check the warranty periods of your purchased products from their respective product pages.
Products that are faulty and require repairs must be posted back to the manufacturer. www.norsevapes.com.au does not perform repairs on faulty/damaged products.

1.3a - The warranty period starts once the product has been posted to the purchaser.
This warranty does not cover misuse, deliberate/accidental damage or damages caused by wear and tear, improper use or unauthorized repairs.
This warranty does not cover merchandise failure or damage as a result of excessive force such as dropping & or usage outside of recommended usage conditions.
This warranty does not cover merchandise failure or damage caused by improper use of water or other liquids.
If the item is not in full working condition, the customer is required to contact www.norsevapes.com.au and notify the function defects.
norsevapes.com.au will then provide a return address for the customer to post the product to. 
The return postage costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

1.4a - Coils and Tanks only have 2 days DOA warranty period only.

1.5a - All our products come with warranties that are covered only by the manufacturer. The faulty items must be sent back to the manufacturer, as they are the warranty providers and will be providing a replacement product or a refund - whichever they see fit according to the situation of the faulty product.
We do not have a Technical Department nor the facilities to test faulty items.
The manufacturer will be able to distinguish whether the fault is due to actual faults in the product - whether this be materials used or assembly of the product, or wear and tear by the customer. Once this is investigated, an outcome can then be reached. The timeframe for the repair process can take anywhere between 3-4weeks.

1.6a - We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or if the item doesn't meet the customers "expectations" for opened and used products.
If the item is still in it's original unopened packaging and has not been used, then we are happy to offer an exchange or refund, whichever the customer requests.
The customer is responsible for sending the item back and paying for postage costs.
The exchange or refund will not commence until the unopened/unused product is returned.
The customer must also provide a tracking number for the postage of the returned items or the return will be deemed invalid.
The tracking number can be sent to us via our contact page below.

1.7a - By placing an order with www.norsevapes.com.au you agree to the above Warranty and Return Policy conditions.

1.8a - Notice
norsevapes.com.au may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to www.norsevapes.com.au

1.9a - Shipping Policy
norsevapes.com.au uses Australia Post for all domestic shipping requirements.
All parcels shipped by www.norsevapes.com.au include a tracking number.

2.0a - All orders are posted within 2(two) business days after payment has been received and cleared.
However we strive to post all orders on the next business day so you get your order as soon as possible.

2.1a - Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with their order. We do not refund shipping costs for any reason.
In some cases when a package is returned to us unopened by the Post Office we may be willing to refund the cost of the order itself, however this is at our discretion and does not imply any obligation to do so. In all cases, we will not refund the cost of shipping. Shipping cost is the sole responsibility of the customer.

2.2a - www.norsevapes.com.au is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages. If you did not receive a package that is marked as delivered, it is your responsibility to resolve this issue with the post office. Lost, damaged or stolen packages are very frustrating and we will do our best to help you resolve the problem. Please understand though that this is completely beyond our control and does require you contact the post office for assistance.

2.3a - Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden.
​Impersonation of others, including a www.norsevapes.com.au or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited.

2.4a - By using this web site you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions.
